The InVeritas team has been honored to work with the Arkansas Delta Training and Education Consortium (ADTEC), a partnership of five community colleges committed to the workforce and economic development of the Arkansas Delta, one of the poorest regions in the nation. ADTEC is a nationally recognized workforce development model that creates a regional capacity to provide a continuum of education and skill development process from high school through a baccalaureate degree. ADTEC has created career pathways in renewable energy, transportation, and advanced manufacturing, and trained over 10,000 new and incumbent workers. ADTEC has facilitated a total investment of over $50 million from federal, state and private sources including grants from the U.S. Department of Labor, Delta Regional Authority, and National Science Foundation.
