Vice President of Government Relations
Jay Robbins is the vice president of government relations where he manages the political and government relations services for inVeritas. Jay maintains a strong presence at the Arkansas State Capitol and has built meaningful relationships on both sides of the aisle. In addition to his government relations work, Jay is involved in inVeritas’ strategic communications and research practice areas.
Jay joined inVeritas from his work as a community relations consultant for a joint venture with Kinder Morgan and Energy Transfer Partners in the development and construction of the Fayetteville Express Pipeline. Prior to his work with Kinder Morgan, Jay worked as a research assistant for the National Agriculture Law Center. He also served as a business development officer for Centennial Bank, a customer and community focused bank headquartered in Central Arkansas. No stranger to politics, Jay served in the offices of U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor (AR) and U.S. Rep. Mike Ross (AR).
Jay is a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXX, a program seeking to develop capable leaders for present and future community needs. He is a committee member of ACCESS in Action, a young professionals organization benefiting ACCESS, and a member of the Emerging Leaders for Centers for Youth and Families, a young professionals auxiliary aimed at giving back to the community.
Jay serves on the board of directors for the Arkansas Society of Professional Lobbyists.
A native of Hot Springs, Jay earned his bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Arkansas with a minor in political science.
